MHSNR is in the process of developing a safe game site for Muslim kids. Yes, there are maybe 20 sites out there now with games for Muslim kids, but we think there can be more. More in the way of education and entertainment. More in the way of thinking games, games with Tarabiyah in mind. Even games the entire family plays together!
Yes, it can and does happen! MHSNR would like to create this spot of safe games for kids and adults of all ages. Games to exercise the mind so that you can learn and have fun too. A site free of the casino, alcohol and other very unsavory pop-ups. (Sometimes these pop ups are time bombs from other sites, just waiting to go off)
We have gone to many on-line gaming sites and tested games that we want to put right here. Further we are currently in contact with these companies about that possibility. We are discussing game designs and modifications to current games to make them more meaningful to Muslim kids and families.
But this technology takes money which we don't have a
lot of. Below are a few games that we are taking for a "test drive".
Their expatiation date is Feb. 25, 2002 (that's when we need to pay an
annual fee for them and to develop more).
If you enjoy the few we are test driving here -- keeping
in mind that we are planning to have bigger,"flashier" (forgive
the pun) games to come, along with these. Insha'Allah they will challenge
the mind and meet the needs of all types of learners, and their families.
