FAQ
Question 1: These pages don't run on my printer as one page, but print each page as two pages. Am I doing something wrong?
Answer: Check to make sure your browser and printer are set to "portrait" orientation. If it already is set that way it could be your browser. These pages are configured to be one sheet in length according to an Internet Explorer browser (Microsoft).
Question 2: Can I do something to remove the browser notations on the top and bottom of each page?
Answer: It really depends on the browser. Since these pages are currently in html, it may not be possible. Once they have been converted to pdf format, not only will the browser notations be removed, but all pages will be grouped together (you will only need to click "print" once).
If the notations really bother you, or if you are making a master copies to run several books off using a photocopier, cover the notations with "white-out" or "liquid paper" before copying.
