Project 1 due date: _________________ Project 1 Time: No more than 1 week (7 days) Collage Community pride shown in care and creation of buildings Find: Find and record well kept government, community and faith buildings (church, synagogue, temple, masjid, etc.) Also include in your collage 1 picture of a building (government, community or faith) in disrepair or unkempt appearance (tall weeds, trash, graffiti, etc.). Method of recording: Walk around town and take pictures of community, government, and faith buildings draw/sketch pictures of community, government, and faith buildings go through magazines, newspaper etc. finding pictures of community, government, and faith buildings Create: a small collage on 8.5 x 11 inch paper (make sure you leave space on the left for the hole punch). Presentation: Write a presentation about your collage answering the three questions below. Show and discuss your finished project in class or with your family, then place finished project under this page. A. What makes these buildings different from others in the community? B.
