Why?
During the last 4 years we have seen what voter turn out can actually do from close calls in presidential elections, changing the face of congress, to nearly keeping politicians in office. Voters, by their numbers can directory influence local, domestic and foreign policy.
Now more than ever our voice and understanding of the process seems more important and should be part of what is taught in our schools and homeschools.
Not only will our students learn but they will take this information home and insha'Allah, empower their parents.
We are not only educating voters for today but our future electorate.
